You'll be working directly with me, Romero, not with a third party with no experience. For most tasks, I handle the work personally. For specialist needs, like animation, custom illustrations, or complex development, I bring in trusted partner experts who I have worked with for over 10 years.

How does pausing my plan work?

The service runs on a 31-day cycle. If you've used, say, 20 days and pause, the billing stops, and you can use your remaining 11 days.

How do you handle large design or development projects?

Big projects, like full website designs, or complex development tasks, are broken down into stages. You’ll get a portion of the work every 24-48 hours until the project is finished.

What tools do you use for design and development?

Most design work is done using Figma, while development tasks typically involve modern tools and frameworks such as React, JavaScript, or WordPress, depending on the project needs.

How can I submit design and development requests?

You can submit your requests via Trello. Clients often share Google docs, wireframes, or Loom videos to explain their design and development needs.

What if I’m not happy with the design or development outcome?

Unlimited revisions are included, whether it’s design or development work. We’ll keep refining until you’re fully satisfied.

Are there any design or development services you don’t offer?

Certain tasks like 3D design, extensive print work, complex packaging, or very specialised development such as blockchain or AI are not covered.

What if I only need a one-off project design or development task?

No problem! You can choose to do a one-off project or opt for a subscription for ongoing work. With the subscription, you can pause or resume anytime, depending on your needs.
